To make it sweeter and with a less sour taste, try adding a splash of Rose's Lime, a sugar-based lime juice. Grand Marnier can also be added to the triple sec. This will give it a darker orange colour and a richer flavor.

Kamikaze makes a simple dish. Most people know how to prepare it, but you can add various flavors to it and experiment with different combinations. You can use different types of vodka, flavored syrups, flavored liqueurs, or different fruits to make the drink more interesting and unique.

How To

How to make the Best Brandy Alex Recipe

Finding the right ingredients is the first step to making a cocktail recipe. We will be using Cognac, which, as the name suggests, is a French distilled spirit that is made from fermented wine. It's usually clear, although sometimes you'll see it aged in oak barrels. Cognac can be purchased at specialty liquor stores or online retailers such as Amazon.com.

Next, add simple syrup. Simple syrup is simply sugar that has been dissolved in water. We'll dissolve 1 cup of granulated white sugar into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stirring for 5 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. Add enough cold tap water to cover the sugar by 2 inches. Allow to rest overnight. Strain the sugar crystals out of the cheesecloth and dispose them. The liquid can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three weeks.

We're going to mix Cognac and simple maple syrup together for our Brandy Alexander cocktail. In a shaker, add the Cognac and half of the ice cubes. Add the simple syrup to the remainder of the shaker. Stir vigorously for 10 second, then strain into a chilled martini. Mix in a splash soda water to finish the Brandy Alexander. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
